We understand life happens. We get sick, emergencies come up, schedules can change, etc. We kindly ask that you provide us 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment.

Please avoid not showing up or not calling. In the event less than 48 hours is given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. You may cancel your appointment anytime by texting or calling the salon. In the event that you are sick, the cancellation fee will not apply.

All appointments cancelled due to sickness will be rescheduled 2 weeks after initial appointment.
