  • Please arrive with clean, dry hair to appointment. Washing hair 24-48 hours prior to appointment is ideal.

  • The best way to reserve an appointment with us is by booking through our online booking system or by calling or texting us at (905) 745-2759.

    To reserve online, just tap the “Book Now“ button and it will walk you through the steps. A credit card number will be required to secure your spot. Credit card will not be charged unless in the event of a no show. Please view our cancellation policy.

  • We accept cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard and Hue gift cards.

  • All services at Hue are inclusive, gender neutral and charged at an hourly rate. We believe hourly pricing creates fairness for all, allowing clients to book the time needed to achieve their hair goals. Hourly rates vary from stylist to stylist. This allows clients to book with any stylist within their personal budget.

    All pricing shown on our menu is an approximate time needed for the service. Service times are broken up into 15 minute increments. Example: a stylist who charges $80/hr is $20 per 15 minutes. Shall a haircut take 45 minutes, the price is $60.

  • We want everyone to feel , comfortable at Hue. With two private rooms, we are proud to say that we are a Hijabi-friendly and sensory-friendly space.

    Have a different reason for wanting a private room? No problem! Whatever your reason, and you don't need to share that with us, we are here for you.

    Please request a private room upon booking your appointment with us.

  • Monday to Saturday: By appointment only.

  • In the event you are running late, please give us a text/call to let us know. Our teams goal is to respect our clients appointment time. Arrivals 15 minutes or later past the appointment time may need to be rescheduled.

  • We understand life happens. We get sick, emergencies come up, schedules can change, etc.

    We kindly ask that you provide us 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment. Please avoid not showing up or not calling. In the event less than 48 hours is given more than twice, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. You may cancel your appointment anytime by texting or calling the salon. In the event that you are sick, the cancellation fee will not apply.

    Appointments cancelled due to sickness will be rescheduled 2 weeks after initial appointment.

    All no show appointments are flagged in our system. If you have more than two no shows, we will require a 50% non refundable deposit upon booking any future appointments.

Parking

We have our own parking lot with limited space. There is lots of street parking nearby. One block up at Division St/Church St is a municipal pay-per-use parking lot just a 1.5 minute walk away. The first 2 hours are free!
